The BMW biscuit

2023-10-29 14:58:58COOKIE

The idea for this cookie came from one of my son's hobbies (he's been loving car logos since he was two years old, maybe boys like cars more! And he recognizes about two hundred car logos)!

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

90 grams of low-fat flour
10 grams of cocoa powder
40 grams of butter
40 grams of flour
20 grams of egg
1.25 grams of salt
50 grams of sugar powder
Sugar cream for protein 1
A few drops of lemon juice

How TO MADE The BMW biscuit

Steps 1 to 4

1. Butter softened at room temperature and dispersed in an egg beater

2. Add sugar powder and stir with chopsticks

3. Add the eggs three times, beating them evenly each time.

4. Sift low powder and cocoa powder with a scraper and mix evenly

Steps 5 to 8

5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. Take it out and cover it with oil paper or preservative to make a mask with a doughnut stick.

7. I pressed the circles with a round mold (the circles I pressed with my glasses at home) onto a pan of oil paper.

8. Preheat the oven 200 for about ten minutes, put the biscuits in the middle layer and bake for 20 minutes.

Steps 9 to 12

9. After cooking, lift the oil paper to the oven to dry and cool.

10. Making sugar cream: a protein mixed with a few drops of lemon juice and sugar cream mixed with sugar powder three times

11. Take a small amount of sugar cream and mix it with a drop of blueberry.

12. The English code for BMW is written on the biscuit with toothpaste dipping cream

Steps 13 to 16

13. Draw two shapes with sugar cream and blue sugar cream.

14. The other biscuits are cooked in the same way (if you have the technology, you can put the sugar cream and the blue sugar cream in separate bags to operate)
