Steps 1 to 4

8. Cut a small hole at the top of the flower bag so that the dough can be squeezed out (the hole is too big, the dough falls too quickly and is uncontrollable; too small will clog the sesame), the dough can be squeezed out to the size of a dollar coin, and it will expand by itself as the temperature rises;

Steps 9 to 12

9. Preheat the oven for five minutes, heat it up to 170 degrees, bake it for about 10 minutes, after the surface turns yellow, turn it to about 150 degrees, bake it for three minutes (the temperature and time are better controlled by the oven, although this guy is smart, but I will still watch the fire);

10. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 3-5 minutes, then carefully remove it from the tin (oil paper) (otherwise it may break);

11. It's best to store it in a container as soon as possible after taking a picture. Oh, it's better to put a desiccant on it (It's been so hot and humid in Taipei lately, it won't be crisp if you don't put it in your mouth for a while).
