Protein and almonds

Steps 1 to 4
1. A mixture of corn oil, sugar powder, salt and protein, mixed evenly until the sugar powder melts, no protein is needed.
2. Sifted low-fat flour.
3. Stir evenly.
4. Use a spoon to pour a spoonful of dough into a non-sticky baking tray, because the dough is thinner so it will flow in a circle, the same method to spread all the dough.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Use a back spoon to squeeze slightly to make the dough thicker and more uniform, and then put it into the almond slices.
6. It is served in the middle layer of a preheated oven at 170 degrees and 18 minutes (after 10 minutes of baking, the bottom of the biscuit will be slightly coloured, put on insulating gloves and move the pan to the top layer and continue baking for about 8 minutes).
7. It is delicious and crispy, and can be eaten after it has been cooked and dried.
8. If you can't finish it, you have to seal it in time to preserve it, anyway, after my stove dries, there's not a piece left to eat.
Handy cooking tips
When kneading, try to keep the thickness and size as consistent as possible, so that the color is more uniform; during the baking process, observe the color from time to time, so as not to bake the dough; ordinary baking pans, please remember to use grease paper; adjust the temperature according to the temper of your oven.
