Fruit cookies
I made some jam for my dad a while ago, and I left some at home! Now I'm going to make some jam cookies!

How TO MADE Fruit cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. After softening the butter at room temperature, disperse it at low speed with an egg beater
2. Mix the sugar powder slightly evenly by hand, then stir evenly at medium speed, until it is fluffy.
3. Spread the egg yolk and add a small amount of butter to the spread and stir evenly at medium speed.
4. Use a scraper to scrape the untouched butter from the edge of the bowl to the middle and continue to beat evenly

5. Add two mixed screened flours and mix the oil with a scraper.
6. Use your hands to knead the dough.
7. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes with a preservative wrapper.
8. After removing the dough, take a small piece and put it in the mold, press it with your fingers and make a small circle in the middle.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Transfer the finished biscuits to a well-oiled pan, making sure to leave some space.
10. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for ten minutes and then put it in the middle for twenty minutes.
11. After cooking, lift the oil paper to the oven to dry and cool.
12. After drying until warm, you can fill the center with your favorite jelly (I'm making homemade orange jelly and grape jelly).
