Salted oatmeal and almond cake

  Today I'm going to make a super-simple cookie, especially for beginner baking friends.This cookie uses a lot of oatmeal, it's a high-cellulose cookie, and it doesn't have any sugar, it adds almond flour to add flavor, it adds a little bit of cheese flour to add cream, it's rich in flavor, it tastes fresh, and it uses healthy walnut oil, so it's a nutritious but basically free cookie, and it's one of my personal favorites, and I often eat it for a day or two.

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

That's 140 grams of cooked oats.
40 grams of almond flour
One egg.
5 grams of cheese powder
3 grams of salt
2 grams of flour
2 grams of black pepper

1. All the ingredients are ready, the almond powder is my own white sweet almond powder, it's not ground, it's too crumbly, it's a little bit more granular.

2. Add salted eggs, coconut oil, black pepper and salt to the pan.

8. Stir evenly so that the wheat flour absorbs the liquid completely, preferably after stirring evenly and leaving it for about half an hour, so that it absorbs better, then rub the dough.

9. Split it into small doses, squeeze it into a cake and put it in the oven.

10. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake in the oven for about 18 minutes.

Handy cooking tips

  1. after mixing the oatmeal and the liquid, leave it for a while, this will make it more moisturized and the baking effect will be better.2. If there is no cheese powder, this ingredient can be omitted, and it tastes good too.
