It's a delicious and crispy soda cake.
The first time I uploaded a recipe, I was learning about food with other people.This cookie is easy to learn, crisp and delicious, and most importantly, I've always loved the taste of soda cake.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
Dough: moderate200 grams of flour100 grams of milk40 grams of corn oil1 g of yeastOne gram of baking soda60 grams of flour20 grams of corn oil1/3 teaspoon of saltOil: in moderation1/5 teaspoon of salt
How TO MADE It's a delicious and crispy soda cake.
Steps 1 to 4
1. Add warm milk, add 1 g of yeast, stir slightly and let stand for 10 minutes
2. Good flour
3. Add salt and baking soda to the flour.
4. Pour the corn oil and the liquid from step 1 into the flour, and the dough is coated with a preservative film and fermented to twice its size.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Take another container, add the ingredients in the saucepan, and prepare the saucepan.
6. Divide the fermented dough into two parts, and the butter into two parts.
7. Grow the dough into a square, then fold it, and repeat this three times.
8. Spread the previously divided oil evenly on the right side of the peeled skin.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Fold the left side of the skin over to close the mouth, and then fold it into a square shape, repeating three times.
10. Finally, cut it into thin slices of about 1 cm, use a spoon with a uniform fork on the small hole, arrange it into the desired shape and then set for ten minutes, brush the grill with oil, lay the slices flat on the grill
11. Preheat in the oven, bake at 150 degrees for 6 minutes, then stir for another 5 minutes.
12. (Everyone's oven is different, you can find the right temperature, my oven is small, it's not evenly heated, I have to bake it four times to finish it)
13. The remaining dough and butter continue to be made according to the above steps, and a delicious soda cake is made, quite crispy.
Handy cooking tips
Note that this cookie is easy to bake, the color should not be too heavy, my oven is unevenly heated and some of the cookies are baked.
