Black and white cheese cookies
It's the same cookie that your teacher made, even the name is the same.I'm more satisfied with the cookies I made for the Spring Festival.
WHAT YOU NEED

How TO MADE Black and white cheese cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. After softening 5 g of butter, add sugar powder to the insulated water and spread it with an egg batter, adding water and spreading it evenly again.
2. Add the sifted low-fat flour and cocoa powder, knead into a smooth dough, cover with a preservative film and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. The next time, put the softened butter and sugar powdered salt in the container.
4. Insulated water is sent with an egg beater.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The cheese is placed in another container with insulating water and stirred evenly.
6. Add the cooked cream cheese to the cooked butter in step 4.
7. Mix into a smooth, non-granular shape and pour the sifted low powder into the pot.
8. Mix the dough by hand.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The chocolate dough is rolled into thin rectangular slices (better handled in a protective film) and the surface is cleaned with water.
10. The cheese dough is also chopped into a roughly the same size shape, spread on the brushed chocolate skin and cut off the irregular parts around the skin.
11. Roll the skin tightly from one end to the other, place in the refrigerator freezer for about half an hour, then cut into slices of uniform thickness.
12. Put in a preheated oven at 165 degrees and bake for 15-18 minutes.

Handy cooking tips
My oven can't be set up separately, so when it's cooked for 8 to 10 minutes, open the oven door and move the grill one layer up.
