I had half a box of cream cheese left in my cheese bag, and I didn't have enough biscuits in my house, so I made some cheese biscuits.

1. The cheese is softened, and the sugar is stirred until smooth.
2. Small pieces of butter softened at room temperature are placed in stirred cream cheese and stirred evenly.
3. Add a reheated raw egg yolk and stir until the egg yolk and butter are fully combined.
4. The low-strength powder and the bubble powder are mixed through a sieve, sifted into butter, and stirred until dry.

5. The mixed dough is placed in a large preservation bag and is mixed with a dough stick to a thickness of 0.8 cm.
6. Use a small suction tube to press small, irregularly distributed holes on the plate, and then use a large suction tube to press several larger holes.
7. Cut the surface into small right-angled triangles.
8. Preheat the oven, cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until the color is deeper.
9. My oven temperature is low, so we cook at about 160 degrees, and the time has to be adjusted accordingly.
