4. Leave some of it, add the low flour, mix it into a white dough, sift the rest into the low flour in the bowl, add the purple potato powder and stir the flour and butter mixture with a scraper

5. Homogeneously into biscuit dough.
6. The dough is packed in a freshness bag, refrigerated for 30 minutes, and the bottom of the dough is covered with oil cloth or plastic, making it easy to remove the purple dough into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick.
7. Using a plum mould, press the inner circle of the button with a circular tool with a diameter less than the mouth of the flower, and insert the eye with a toothpick.
8. In turn, gently lift the oil cloth at the bottom, slowly pick up the finished biscuits, and do the same for other colors.

9. The finished biscuits are placed neatly on the grill, placed in a preheated 170 degree oven, and baked for about 13 minutes.
