How TO MADE Margaret's cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. 100 g of unsalted butter softened at room temperature + 40 g of sugar powder mixed with butter and sugar powder and bleached (the way to avoid butter splashes is to wrap the bowl with a large preservative bag)
2. 2 cooked egg yolks are sifted and stirred evenly with butter (every time you make a margarita you have to eat a few tasteless proteins).
3. 100 g of low-flour, 100 g of cornstarch are sifted into the previous egg yolk paste, stirred first and then used by hand and made into a dough.
4. The dough is refrigerated for 30 minutes (it does not need to be refrigerated in cold weather to facilitate the formation below) and then removed.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Fill the pan with oil paper, take the dough and knead it into small pieces on the oil paper.
6. Press your thumb in the middle of the dough, and the shape of the cookie comes out (you can also put your favorite sauce in the dough recess, I used peanut butter and pineapple sauce today).
7. Put the pan in the middle of the oven, heat it up to 140-150 degrees, 30 minutes, don't be in a hurry to take it out after time, let the biscuits in the oven for 10 minutes, the delicious Margaret is out of the oven.
8. The top can be used to bake two plates of margaritas.
9. For those of you who are new to baking, let's try it!
