Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix all the ingredients (except skim milk) in a large bowl and start stirring with a soft silicone shovel.
2. Mix the ingredients in one step, it must be very dry, then add skimmed milk, add a little bit more, until you can merge into the dough that is in the photo, it is almost the same, not too thin, the dough can stick together and not disperse.
3. Put on plastic gloves, take the right amount of dough, put it in your hand, knead it into balls, press it into biscuits, try to make it as thick as possible, and put it on the grill.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the biscuits for 20 minutes.
5. Then turn the biscuits over and bake for 10 minutes.
6. This will make the cookies crisper and last longer, after all, you have to eat them for a week...
7. After baking, do not take it out immediately, put it in the oven until the biscuits are cool, then seal it in a plastic bag or box, so that the biscuits do not soften back, keeping the crispy taste.
