3. In short, since the butter for this cookie doesn't need to be shipped, it needs to be liquid butter, and it needs to be minced and used directly, not refrigerated for a few minutes!
4. Let's make the white dough first! Pour the sugar powder and butter into the mixing bowl, use the egg beater to mix it evenly, without stirring, it is very sticky after mixing, there is no feeling of separation of the oil powder.
5. Pour the whole egg into the liquid and stir evenly.
6. Put the milk powder in the mixing bowl, mix it with a scraper, wrap it in a preservative film, put it in the refrigerator refrigerator and leave it for more than half an hour.
7. It is explained here that because the freshly mixed dough is more moist, it does not dare to knead, and it is easier to handle after freezing.
8. Cocoa dough is the same as the white dough step, adding more cocoa powder at the same time as adding low flour and milk powder!
