Cinnamon and cranberry biscuits
I always feel like I'm missing something from someone else's recipe, so I came up with my own recipe!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
160 grams of low-fat flour70 grams of flour120 grams of unsalted butter70 grams of cranberries2 grams of salt20 grams of milk15 grams of milk powder
How TO MADE Cinnamon and cranberry biscuits
Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter to be softened (slightly heated if you want to be lazy)
2. Add sugar powder to stir evenly (color fades and the liquid thickens)
3. Add milk twice to stir evenly
4. Add the salted flour to the milk powder (it is recommended that the filling be finer)
Steps 5 to 8
5. Stir gently up and down until powdery.
6. Add cranberries (it is recommended to cut cranberries slightly)
7. Stir evenly (so that the cranberries on each biscuit are more even)
8. Make the dough square (it looks better with a mold) and freeze for 20 to 30 minutes (about 15 minutes without a mold).
Steps 9 to 12
9. Slices to harden the dough (about 5 mm)
10. Place in a preheated oven (up to 170 degrees) for 15 minutes
11. If you like it a little crispy, you can change the color by 50% to the surface. If you like it soft, you can change the color by 50% to the surface. If you like it soft, you can change the color by 50%.
