How TO MADE Marble-shaped biscuits with a rich aroma
Steps 1 to 4
1. After softening the butter, add the sugar powder and beat it with an electric egg beater until it swells and turns pale.
2. Add the cream gradually, stirring evenly each time and then adding it again (if the cream is removed from the refrigerator, heat it slightly at the end to avoid separation of oil and water due to temperature problems when putting it in the butter paste)
3. Sift into low-strength powder and stir evenly
4. Take a part of the dough, add cocoa powder to the remaining part and stir evenly.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Mixing raw dough and cocoa flour
6. Since the dough is more moist, try to move your hands as quickly as possible, mix the two-tone dough and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the frozen dough slices in the oven, cook the middle layer for 25 minutes
8. I like it a little bit bigger, I think it tastes a little bit crisper.
