Margaret's little cake
Margaret's biscuits, which are said to be the easiest bits of baking recipes, I haven't made because I'm not a big fan of biscuits. But this time, trying to make Margaret's cookies completely changed my perception of cookies. How can cookies be so thick? The entrance is instantly dissipated in the import just like instantly dissipated milk powder, if as a beginner you have just entered the oven and are faced with a variety of baking recipes, you must try it!

100 grams of butter100 grams of low-fat flour100 grams of cornstarch40 grams of flour1 gram of saltTwo boiled eggs.
How TO MADE Margaret's little cake
Steps 1 to 4
1. The taste of the biscuits depends a lot on the butter, and I use French presidential butter, which feels more fragrant than other brands, so it's important to choose the right butter.
2. I made it with less sugar, but it's still sweet, and the kids like it better.
3. The butter is first softened (but not liquid), added salt and sugar powder, and spread until it is slightly swollen, white, and feathery (see figure below).
4. Be careful not to hit it, otherwise it will become a lump.
5. Cook two white eggs.
6. Boil the eggs in cold water for a while, boil the water and start counting time, use a small fire to boil the eggs for about 8 minutes, boil in cold water, wait for the skin not to get hot, peel off the egg yolk, squeeze through a sieve into the cream, cut evenly.
7. Sieve in low-fat flour and cornstarch, hand-squeeze the above materials into a ball, place in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate for one hour to achieve a relaxing effect.
8. (Refrigeration for one hour can give a better shape to the dough to be rubbed next)
9. When I was a child, I took out the dough, rubbed it into a ball the size of a power pill, put it on oil paper, pressed it with my thumb, and the dough would naturally crack into beautiful cracks.
10. (Figure after baking)
11. Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
12. (Be careful with the time, otherwise two more minutes of cookies could spoil it.)
