Mint cakes
The mint on the balcony looks great, you have to do something to match it! I thought I'd make some mint cookies to eat!
WHAT YOU NEED

Low powder 130 grams50 grams of butter10 grams of milk powder30 grams of flour25 grams of eggsA few drops of rose oilA few drops of mint10 grams of mint

Steps 1 to 4
1. Mint on the balcony
2. 10 grams of fresh mint leaves
3. Butter and sugar powder are mixed evenly and pounded with an egg beater.
4. Add whole egg juice three times and mix evenly.

5. Sift into low powder and milk powder, stir evenly
6. I added a few drops of rose perfume to the rose mixture.
7. Add chopped fresh mint leaves and knead evenly
8. I also added a little peppermint.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
10. The dough is kneaded into thin slices and pressed into shape with a biscuit mold.
11. I use the green dough that's left over from the cherry blossom biscuits to make the cornstarch, or I don't add it.
12. Put the biscuits in a well-oiled pan.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Preheat in the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the biscuit.
14. Mint cake is done.
Handy cooking tips
The baking time depends on the size and thickness of the biscuits, mine took 15 minutes, and the edges turned yellow!
