6. The dough is baked in batches into 3-4 mm thick doughnuts, carved into shapes along the hard cardboard.
7. I brushed an extra layer of egg yolk, and I felt like I couldn't brush it.
8. The candy is crushed and placed in the window position, sent to the oven, baked at 180 degrees for about 15-18 minutes, depending on the oven.
Steps 9 to 12
9. After baking, put it on a shelf to cool.
10. A protein is added to the lemon juice and slowly added to the sifted sugar powder as it bubbles up with an electric egg beater.
11. The sugar powder is completely mixed, there is no dry powder, it's fine.
12. Start painting the roof, using sugar cream as a glue to glue the sugar beans.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Individuals feel that decorating and assembling is easier to operate.
14. The roof is complete.
15. On the other side of the roof, remember to reserve a place for the chimney.
16. Decorate the walls in the same way and dry them.
Steps 17 to 20
17. Start gluing the walls together with sugar cream.
18. At the junction of the two walls, some sugar cream can be squeezed appropriately to fix it.
19. Use other things to stabilize the walls until the sugar cream dries.
20. I put the base in the oven, I didn't want to use it, but then I changed my mind and added it, so it's stronger.
Steps 21 to 24
21. When drying the walls, add a little sugar cream and green dye.
22. It is used to decorate Christmas trees.
23. First, the remaining sugar cream is diluted with a small amount of water and then filled internally.
24. After ensuring the stability of the walls, the roof is installed and renovated.
25. Finally, decorate the surroundings as you please, and use your hands a little bit when decorating the Christmas tree.
26. Happy Christmas to you all!
Handy cooking tips
1 Sugar cream should not be too thin, otherwise the bonding effect is bad.2 Be sure to wait for the walls to dry completely before going to the roof, otherwise the walls are prone to collapse.3 It's not that hard, as long as you're patient.
