Black and white bear cookies
I've just gotten my hands on a teddy bear cookie mold, and I love it so much, because the mold actually contains the details of the teddy bear's mouth, nose, eyes, and so on, so I don't have to go through the trouble of modifying these details myself.

Ingredients
20 grams of milk160 grams of low-fat flour60 grams of almond flour5 grams of cocoa powder60 grams of flour100 grams of unsalted butter
How TO MADE Black and white bear cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. 100 g of unsalted butter is placed at room temperature, 20 g of milk and 60 g of sugar powder are mixed into a milky paste.
2. Divide the butter paste from step 1 into two equal parts, one of which adds 30 g of almond flour, 80 g of low flour and stir into biscuit dough.
3. Wrap in a preservative film, place in the refrigerator, refrigerate for one hour, and then use.
4. The remaining half of the butter paste is mixed with 30 g of almond powder, 80 g of low powder, 5 g of cocoa powder and mixed into a biscuit dough.

5. Refrigerated chocolate-colored biscuits are removed and molded into thin slices about 3 mm thick, printed with a mold in the shape of a teddy bear.
