How TO MADE Walnut butter
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mix 3 g of yeast and 20 ml of warm water (approximately 30 degrees)
2. Mix 1 egg with 10 g sugar, 2 g salt and 20 ml water to dissolve the sugar.
3. Add the eggs and yeast to the flour and make the dough.
4. Add 20 g of butter and knead until the dough is smooth.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes at room temperature, wrap it in a preservative film, refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
6. Sprinkle some flour on the dough, wrap it in 60 grams of butter with a butter stick, form an elongated slice 1 cm thick, the softness and hardness of the butter after kneading should be basically the same as the hardness of the dough, if the butter after kneading is too soft, it can be refrigerated in the refrigerator.
7. Remove the dough from the refrigerator to room temperature for 15 minutes and use a doughnut to make the dough grow into a square (the width is the same as the width of the butter and three times the length)
8. Place the formed butter in the middle of the slice, wrap the slices on both sides with butter, and then squeeze the top and bottom.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The slices are folded to a thickness of 1.5 cm, then folded four times, wrapped in a preservative film, placed in the refrigerator and refrigerated for 20 minutes.
10. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, knead it into a 1 cm thick rectangle, fold the dough into three folds, and place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

14. Take another slice of the dough, cover it with the filling, and then lightly press it with a doughnut stick, cutting it into 1.5 cm wide strips.
15. After screwing the noodles into a spiral, place them in the refrigerator and freeze for 20 minutes until they are shaped, preheat the oven 170 degrees while waiting, then put them in the walnut sauce for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
Handy cooking tips
1. After cooling, it tastes best, and if it is done, it can be stored in a sealed box, but not in the refrigerator, as the refrigerator is too humid to soften the walnut butter.
