1. After softening the butter bubbles in the bag in hot water, add the sugar powder to stir evenly, then add a tablespoon (15 ml) of scattered egg juice to continue stirring evenly, then pour into the cranberry dry and low-fat flour to stir, knead into a dough.

2. The dough is formed into a rectangle about 6 cm wide and 4 cm high, and placed in the refrigerator to freeze until hard, for about 1 hour.

3. The frozen rectangular dough is cut with a knife into small slices about 0.8 to 1 cm thick, placed on a well-oiled baking tray (with a certain distance between them), and then baked in the oven.

4. Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes.

5. Baking: 165 degrees, medium layer, about 25 minutes.
