How TO MADE The two-colored biscuit circle
Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter softened at room temperature, added sugar powder, stirred evenly

3. Sift into low-fat flour and knead into dough by hand
4. Chocolate dough is made in the same way as raw dough, by mixing cocoa powder and flour through a sieve and pressing it together with butter into dough.

5. Prepare the butter and the chocolate dough separately, then take a small piece of chocolate dough and a small piece of butter dough (about 4 grams each) and rub them into thin long strips as shown in the picture
6. Twist the two long rods together like a flower.
7. After tightening, rub it into a long rod about 10 cm long.
8. Connect the two ends to form a synthetic circle.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Take turns making all the cookies and putting them on the grill, leaving a space between the grill plates.
10. Put it in the oven, heat it up to 190 degrees and bake it for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden yellow.
