  One of my favorite biscuits, delicious and soft, one that small children and the elderly can eat with confidence!

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

Two eggs.
110 grams of butter
100 grams of cornstarch
100 grams of low-fat flour
60 grams of flour

Steps 1 to 4

1. Melted butter added to sugar powder

2. The eggs are boiled in cold water and the yolk is squeezed thinly.

3. The egg whites are mixed with the butter, sifted into cornstarch and flour, and dried without powder.

4. Refrigerate the dough for one hour.

Steps 5 to 8

5. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, make the dough into small circles, press it with your thumb to open it naturally, bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, the surface is slightly yellow.
