Steps 1 to 4
1. The cold butter is placed on the operating table, the flour is sifted a little over the butter, and then beaten with a doughnut stick.
2. After thinning the butter, the flour is spread, folded, and thinned.
3. When made into thin slices, it is folded four times, cut into strips with a scraper, and then cut into small pieces.

6. When they become milky-yellow sandy, they clump together, scratching a groove in the middle.
7. Add salt, vanilla sugar, egg yolk, and mix evenly with your fingertips.
