Cheese and biscuits
Lovely shapes don't have to be complicated, this is the one I've been wanting for a long time.Cheese shapes are easy to make and can be enjoyed with children.The shape of the biscuit is inspired by the Merlin, and it's cut with a wave knife, and it's beautiful, and I didn't have a wave knife to make my own shape.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
125 grams of Mascarpone cheese110 grams of butterOne egg yolkLow flour 250 grams65 grams of fine sugar
How TO MADE Cheese and biscuits
Steps 1 to 4
1. Mascarpone cheese with fine sugar stirred to smooth
2. After the butter is softened and dispersed (no delivery required), add the egg yolk and simmer.
