Chocolate chip cookies
My mind is beating, I don't know what to make a biscuit look like, all sorts of shapes flash in my head, I decide not to go down and want that one, it's really self-defeating!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
180 grams of unsalted butterWhite sugar 120 gramsEggs 90 ml15 ml of brandy400 grams of low-fat flour30 grams of cocoa powder30 grams of wheat flour
How TO MADE Chocolate chip cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. The dough is made in three colors.
2. Butter and sugar until white (obviously light to the touch)
3. Add the eggs three times and mix with the brandy.
4. Add one-third to 120 grams of low-fat flour to make a yellow dough.
5. Add 90 grams of low-fat flour and 30 grams of cocoa powder to make a black dough.
6. The final third is made into a green dough with 90 grams of low-fat flour and 30 grams of wheat flour.
7. Place the three doughs in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8. After 30 minutes, remove the dough, brush the eggs, and stack the three doughnuts together.
9. Cut into strips, then roll into the shape of a candy bar, insert the paper rod into the oven, preheat to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
