Long finger biscuits are great for babies to hold and eat!

Steps 1 to 4

Steps 9 to 12
9. Mix the dough and dig it into the bag with a spoon.
10. You can squeeze the dough into the finger biscuit mold, (the first time I used the finger biscuit mold, I squeezed it a little too full) If you don't have a mold, you can squeeze it on a silicone mat or oil cloth to make it non-sticky.
11. Preheat the oven to 180°C, raise the heat, medium, bake for 20 minutes.
12. (If you don't have a finger cookie mold at home, preheat the oven 180°C in advance, put on low heat, medium, bake for about 10 minutes, that's fine!)
Handy cooking tips
If you're brushing your baby's teeth, you can bake for 25 minutes, but only if you have a silicone mold.
