Handy cooking tips
When mixing the flour and butter into the dough, do not knead too long, so that the flour does not rise and affect the smoothness of the biscuit.2 If the biscuit dough is not sticky after mixing, it can be stored in the refrigerator for a while, so that the dough becomes slightly hard and then baked again.Since the skin of this biscuit is thin and easy to cut, if there is no cutting mold, you can cut the biscuit with a glass of the appropriate size. But if it's something that's thicker, you can't replace it.When baking, the skin should be baked evenly, thick and uniform, otherwise the baked biscuits will be uneven in color, too thin skin is easy to overcook. The remaining edges of the cookie sheet after the first cut can be re-mixed into dough, opened again, and cut into circles. But this time, the cookies didn't taste as good as the first time.
