Steps 1 to 4
1. After softening the cream at room temperature, add red sugar.
2. I like to use a doughnut stick to make the red sugar not clump together, which also helps to blend together.
3. Stir evenly with a rubber knife and add a few drops to the beaten egg juice.
4. Add the flour, then add the flour.
5. Finally, add the crushed walnuts.
6. Note: Walnuts should not be too large or too crumbly, otherwise they will not taste good.
7. After making the dough, it is placed on a preservative film, made into a 4 x 4 cm rectangle, and refrigerated for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

9. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, 150 degrees, bake one side for 10 minutes, then bake the other side for 10 minutes, oil on both sides.
