7. The oven is about 160 degrees, the middle layer, about 15 minutes, everyone's oven is different, so the temperature will be different, remember to look at it at any time, the cookie is slightly yellow, the color of the edge is a little deeper, then it's ok

8. If you feel that the butter has hardened during the preparation, or that the mixture is a little dry, you can go back to the insulation water.
