I tried the Cass electronic oven, and this cookie doesn't use eggs, it's crispy, and it smells like milk.Baked directly with the oven's pre-set cookie function, the temperature and time are just right.

Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter softened at room temperature, not too soft.

8. The oven's preset cookie function is 180 degrees of heat, 160 degrees of low heat, baking for 20 minutes.
9. The oven will preheat for the first few minutes, and when it reaches preheat temperature, there will be three beeps, at which point the grill will be placed in the oven.
10. The second layer is baked for 20 minutes.
11. High-end ovens have many pre-set functions, and the corresponding functions can also adjust the time and temperature within the set range.
