Ingredients

100 grams of unsalted butter
Low powder 200 grams
20 grams of milk powder
20 grams of cuff cheese powder
White sugar 80 grams
50 grams of whole eggs

Steps 1 to 4

1. Place all the ingredients except the whole egg juice in a clean bowl and rub into coarse granules (butter combined with powder, steps as below)

2. Add whole egg juice and slice into a dough

3. Divide the dough into 5 to 6 grams per piece (if larger, the finished product is not floating embroidery, the exact size depends on the waffle maker)

4. The small dough is placed in the waffle maker, heated all the way over a small fire, turned around, heated evenly, until the surface is golden yellow.

5. Take it out while it's hot.
