  I've always wanted to find a recipe for a cookie that's simple to make, doesn't use butter, and has a spicy flavor, while still maintaining a lovely shape and doesn't swell too much during baking.After many attempts, I finally figured out the recipe.Here's a special thank you to my family for their strong support, and on my journey of discovery, whether the test item is hard or soft, crisp or crunchy, beautiful or ugly in appearance, it's all picked up and destroyed!

Ingredients

24 grams of cocoa powder
200 grams of low-fat flour
50 grams of eggs
80 grams of fine sugar
90 grams of butter
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

1. Butter and fine sugar are heated together until melted and mixed evenly.

7. Use the mold to cut the shape, use the fruit knife to help carefully lift the biscuits and put them in the baking tray.

8. Preheat on the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, put the grill in the middle layer, bake for about 12 minutes, until the biscuit smell comes out, press up and it's still a little soft.
