Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is softened at room temperature, added to the sugar powder and stirred evenly (with an electric egg mixer)
2. The cooked egg yolk is sifted, added to the butter, stirred evenly.
3. Low starch corn flour is mixed evenly, sifted and added to the butter solution.
4. Stir evenly, and make a dough.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Put the dough in the fridge for about an hour.
6. The dough is divided into about 10 grams in size, kneaded into round balls and placed in a toaster.
7. Shaped by finger pressure.
8. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, 170 degrees 25 minutes.
