8. Divide the dough by hand into small pieces, about 21 g each, and knead into small round balls
Steps 9 to 12
9. Put the oil paper on the pan, and do it all in turn.
10. Press down on the center of the ball with your finger, as shown in the figure.
11. Use a spoon to dig the jam into the hole.
12. Fill all the pits in turn.
Steps 13 to 16
13. Preheat the oven, heat up and down, medium, 180 degrees, about 15 minutes, bake until the surface is golden yellow and then cook, cool on the cooling rack and enjoy
Handy cooking tips
When kneading the dough, if you feel sticky, you can wear disposable gloves for the operation. If you want to add more jam, you can press the hole deeper, so you can load some more on the splitter, 21g/piece, a total of 8 made, you can adjust the weight of the balls yourself.
