How TO MADE Cheesecake
Steps 1 to 4
1. All the ingredients are ready.
2. Divide the butter into two equal small pieces and soften at room temperature.
3. Add 60 grams of sugar powder and beat with an electric egg beater until thick and white.
4. Add the whole egg juice gradually, stirring until the egg juice is completely absorbed.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Mix 160 grams of low-powdered salt in 1 gram of mixed sieve; mix another 150 grams of low-powdered salt in 1 gram of mixed cocoa powder in 10 grams of mixed sieve.
6. The two-color dough is placed separately in a freshness bag and refrigerated in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
7. The chilled dough is sliced into slices about 6 to 7 mm thick, and the uneven edges are cut with a knife.
8. Two layers are overlapping, with a layer of egg yolk glue in the middle.
Steps 9 to 12
9. It is cut into strips with a knife, crossed in color into a mosaic, and each stripe is glued with a layer of egg yolk in the middle.
10. Cut into slices of about 1 cm and put in a grill pan.
11. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, put the top layer in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
12. A delicious cheesecake is ready.
