How TO MADE The cranberry jam
Steps 1 to 4
1. Prepare all the ingredients
2. After softening the butter, add salt and sugar powder and stir slightly.
3. Add the scattered eggs 2-3 times and continue to serve, noting that the butter mixture and the egg juice need to be completely mixed before adding the egg juice.
4. The flour and the baking powder are mixed through a sieve and added to the butter mixture.
Steps 5 to 8
5. After a slight stirring, add the chopped cranberries and continue stirring.
6. Stir until the dough is evenly soft.
7. The dough is wrapped in a preservative film, kneaded into slices of about 1 cm, placed in the refrigerator and frozen for more than 30 minutes until hardened.
8. Note: Don't freeze too hard, otherwise you'll have a hard time cutting!
Steps 9 to 12
9. My slices are removed after 45 minutes of freezing, cut into small slices 2 cm wide, put on a pan with oil paper, and leave a gap of 1-2 cm between the slices, because the slices will swell after heating.
10. Put it in the middle layer of a preheated oven, heat it up to 180 degrees and bake it for about 15 minutes.
11. (Pay attention to the color, each oven has a different temperature, otherwise you'll get burned!)
12. Perfectly presented, golden-yellow crispy cranberry jam, beautiful and delicious!
Handy cooking tips
After baking, the dough naturally cools and becomes crispy, usually stored in a sealed container for 1-2 weeks.
