Cranberry cookies
I recently bought a mini-oven, and I've always wanted to get into the baking business, so let's start with the simplest cranberry cookies.

Low powder 115 grams75 grams of butter60 grams of flour15 ml of whole egg liquid35 grams of cranberries

Steps 1 to 4
1. The butter is heated, dehydrated, placed in sugar powder, and stirred evenly.

3. Put in whole egg juice, low powder, chopped cranberries, stir evenly, knead into your favorite shape, wrap in preservative film, put in the refrigerator, freeze for an hour
4. Remove from the freezer, cut into small pieces of 5 x 6 mm, preheat the oven for two minutes, 160 °C, set, put in the oven
5. 160°C, baked for 20 minutes, put on a plate, finished.
6. Dry and crispy cocoa
