Baking workshops - pressed biscuits
The first time I used a silicone cookie mold, I felt that the pattern was not very clear, I don't know if it was the reason for the mold or the problem of the operation method, the next time I tried! This is a reference to the cookie maker Marlene's formula, people don't think it's very sweet, if you make sugar cream cookies you can, if you eat it directly you can add sugar.
WHAT YOU NEED

Steps 1 to 4
1. (1) After softening the butter, it is dispersed, added to the sugar powder and spread until the color is lighter, the volume is significantly increased.
2. A small amount is added to the egg mixture several times until it is completely mixed with the butter.

4. Scrape with a shovel until there is no dry powder, gently knead by hand, press flat and refrigerate slightly hard

5. Molded into 3mm thick molds
6. 170 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, the bottom is slightly coloured.
7. Eat this!
Handy cooking tips
Fermented butter tastes lighter and has a milky smell, otherwise ordinary butter can be used.
