The panda cookie
I loved this piece of candy, so I tried it, and it wasn't very successful, but it opened up a new door that gave me a lot more ideas.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
Low powder 120 grams50 grams of flour30 grams of eggs60 grams of butter3 grams of cocoa powderOne drop of green.
How TO MADE The panda cookie
Steps 1 to 4
1. Large collection of materials
2. Low-flour sugar powder mixed evenly through a sieve
3. Cut the butter into small pieces, rub it with the flour, and it'll be ready in no time.
4. Add the eggs.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Make an oily white dough divided into 150g 80g 30g three doughs with 1 dye 5g low powder and cocoa powder respectively
6. 25 grams of raw flour, a 3 grams of cocoa powder, and a nose in the middle.
7. Take 10 grams of raw flour, wrap it around your nose, and then use two 6 grams of cocoa powder to make your eyes, and put it on either side of your nose.
8. Wrap the rest of the dough around the outside.
Steps 9 to 12
9. Make the last cocoa powder into two slices and put it on top of the ears. First take 12.5 g of green bread, fill the middle of the ears, and then put the rest of the bread on top.
10. After the molding is done, it's refrigerated to let the oil settle, and then it's sliced into one, five, six millimeters of the original recipe, baked at 175 degrees, 150 degrees at my house, 25 minutes.
Handy cooking tips
Cocoa powder is harder to rub, so it's a little bit less than the original recipe.
