Cinnamon cookies
I like to eat soft, soft biscuits, and I'm interested in making my own!
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
115 grams of low-fat flour75 grams of butter50 grams of sugar (or sugar powder)One egg.35 grams of cranberry
How TO MADE Cinnamon cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. Put the eggs in a saucepan and put them aside.
2. The butter is softened at room temperature (can't wait to put it in the microwave, the time depends on the size of the butter, don't turn it into water).
3. Put the low-fat flour, melted butter, sugar, and one-third of the egg juice in a large bowl and start kneading the dough (be careful to add one-third of the eggs! otherwise the dough will be thin and will not succeed!)
4. When it's ready, put it in the cranberry sauce (to be chopped).
5. It's all right.
6. Take out the preservative film and mold the dough.
7. (You can have any shape, depending on your preference, I'll choose a rectangle)
8. Put it in the fridge for an hour and you can rest.
9. It's frozen, take it out.
10. If it's still soft, keep freezing it.
11. Cut the frozen dough into small pieces.
12. (Not too thin, not too thick, uniform in size)
13. The pan is covered with oil paper, and the freshly baked biscuits are placed on top.
14. Put in the oven, medium layer, on high heat, 140 degrees, about 20 minutes.
15. (As long as it's cooked to a slightly golden yellow on the surface, the time is up to you, if you smell tar, close it immediately.)
16. Bring it out, it's all over the house.
17. It's finished.
