Butter and biscuits
The little biscuits baked at the neighbor's house are very popular with the big baby, just bought an appliance and sent a small oven, for the sake of the baby to start my baking journey, let's start with the simplest!

Steps 1 to 4
1. Butter is softened at room temperature, if it's cold, it's waterproofed, it's mixed with sugar powder, don't send it!
2. Add the eggs to the stirred butter and continue stirring.
3. Milk powder and low-fat flour are mixed and poured into butter with sugar powder and eggs.
4. The dough is kneaded evenly and smoothly.
5. Put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for an hour.
6. Make the dough the thickness of a coin, make sure the dough is the same thickness, otherwise it will be baked differently and then shape it with your favorite mold!
7. Last oven 170 degrees, middle layer, up and down for 8 minutes

Handy cooking tips
Sugar powder can't be replaced with white sugar, but it must be stirred until there are no particles, otherwise it will have a black spot! The dough should be refrigerated for an hour, hardened to make a model, 60 g of sugar is too sweet, people don't like it so sweet, the next time it will be reduced by half!
