Chocolate and coconut cookies
The original is from the baking class of a teacher in Okinawa: creative biscuits, which I personally like and recommend all of her works.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
100 grams of coconutLow powder 120 grams80 ml of vegetable oil60 grams of white sugar powder2 grams of saltChocolate beans 40 grams50 ml of coconut juice2 grams of foam powder (may not be added)
How TO MADE Chocolate and coconut cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. 120 g low powder, 100 g coconut powder, 60 g white sugar powder, 2 g salt, 2 g powdered powder (may not be added) mixed evenly.
2. Add 80 ml of vegetable oil and 50 ml of coconut milk.
3. Rub evenly with your palms
4. Pour into 40 g of high-temperature chocolate beans.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Mixed evenly.
6. Grind into a small round cookie of about 10 grams, as shown in the picture.
7. It can be baked in an oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
8. After cooking, it is cooled for consumption.
