The doll biscuit

How TO MADE The doll biscuit
Steps 1 to 4
1. After softening the butter, add the sugar powdered salt and beat it with an electric egg beater until it is evenly smooth (no need to beat).
2. The egg juice is added to the butter three times and stirred evenly with an electric egg beater.
3. Every time the eggs and butter are mixed, add the next one.
4. Sieve the low-fat flour and knead it into a smooth dough, but do not knead it for too long.
Steps 5 to 8
5. The dough is placed on a sheet of paper and baked into slices about 0.3 cm thick.
6. Cut one round panel with a 5 cm diameter cutter.
7. Place the cut slices on a griddle (if you feel the slices are not good, you can take them off the board with a rubber scraper), put them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the surface of the biscuit is slightly golden yellow.
8. The milk chocolate is placed in a bowl, heated and stirred until the chocolate is completely melted.
Steps 9 to 12
9. When the biscuit cools, take a piece and dip it in the melted chocolate.
10. Turn around and dip again, as shown in the picture.
11. That's how the doll's hair is done.
12. Dip all the biscuits in turn, and place the dipped biscuits on the cooling rack/grill net.
13. Put the remaining chocolate in a flower bag, cut a small opening in the front of the flower bag, and draw the doll's eyes, nose, and mouth on the cookie.
