How TO MADE Watermelon cookies
Steps 1 to 4
1. When all the ingredients are ready, mix the butter (not at room temperature) and sugar in the main ingredient, mix the butter and sugar into a thick dough, add the eggs, add the vanilla flavor, and continue stirring until thick.
2. Add low-fat flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture in step one (add one time if you have the opportunity to use electric stirring directly to your face)
3. Take about a cup of the dough from the well-mixed dough, add the red dye to the dough in the big bowl, and take half of the dough out of the dough, keep the original color, add the green dye to the other half.
4. Because the color will fade after baking, the mixture of good colored dough should be a little darker than the color you want, wrapped in a preservative film and then refrigerated for an hour.
Steps 5 to 8
5. After pouring the flour on the operating table, flatten the original colored dough (please separate it from the preservative film or baking paper so that it does not stick) and wrap it in a red cylindrical dough.
6. Wrap the whole dough in baking paper and refrigerate for about an hour.
7. I'm going to start cutting it right away.
8. Cut a good piece of biscuit in the middle with a knife and paste black sesame seeds on both sides as a watermelon seed decoration
Steps 9 to 12
9. It's baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit/175 degrees Celsius, depending on the thickness and the size of the dough, and the baking time varies.
10. When the biscuits are completely cool, you can eat them!
Handy cooking tips
If the dough is soft, put it in the fridge and freeze it. It's going to take a lot of shape. Finally, decorate the biscuits.
