WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients

100 grams of low-fat flour
50 ml of milk
1 g of yeast
1 gram of salt
0.5 grams of baking soda
20 grams of butter

1. Mix the milk, yeast, flour, salt, baking soda, and butter all together, knead into a uniform dough, and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes.
