1. The butter is softened at room temperature (slightly softened, do not turn into a liquid), then added to the white sugar (no powdered sugar, just replace it with white sugar).

3. Stir evenly and add the egg yolk. Stir evenly.
4. Add the sieved low-fat flour and salt evenly mixed.
5. Place the dough on a preservative film and knead it to a thickness of about 4 mm, refrigerate for 15 minutes and remove.
6. The biscuits are pressed directly out of the mold and placed on a baking tray covered with grease paper (be careful to keep the spacing, the volume of the biscuits will increase during baking).
7. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees, put the pan in the middle, bake on high heat for 15 to 20 minutes, during which time pay attention to observing the color of the biscuits, you can do it, you do not have to stick to a fixed time.
