How TO MADE Cheesecake
1. The butter is made into a liquid, placed in sugar powder and soaked until it turns somewhat white, divided on average into two parts.
2. The low flour is divided into two parts and sifted into two pieces of butter, one of which is placed in cocoa powder.
3. Two pieces of flour and one black and one white, two smooth doughs, wrapped in a preservative film, placed in the refrigerator and refrigerated for 30 minutes
4. After 30 minutes, remove, knead the dough into 0.5 cm thick doughnuts, then cut into small slices 0.5 cm wide.
5. The black and white noodles are placed crosswise, in the shape of a mosaic, glued in the middle with egg yolk, forming a growth square, then wrapped in a preservative film for one to two hours, so that it hardens
6. After 2 hours, it is removed and cut into 0.5 cm thick cross-sections of the board.
7. The oven is preheated at 200 degrees, about 15 minutes, (usually I'm staring at myself, please pay attention to the heat, haha haha)
