Italian biscuits without oil
When I first started to learn how to bake, I started with muffins and biscuits. These are easier to make and give me confidence. But as I made them, I started to worry a little bit.

How TO MADE Italian biscuits without oil
1. The almond slices are cooked in the microwave for five to eight minutes.
2. Add sugar to the scattered egg juice and stir until melted;
3. Mix all the other ingredients evenly and batch them into the egg solution;
4. Gently knead into a dough slice about 1 cm thick and put in a toaster;
5. Preheated in the oven, medium layer, 160 degrees, baked for about 30 minutes until the surface is slightly yellow;
6. After baking, the dough is removed, cooled slightly, and cut into 1 cm thick biscuit slices;
7. Arrange the biscuit slices upside down on the baking tray at 150 degrees and continue baking for about 6 to 8 minutes until the moisture in the biscuits dries;
8. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, put it in a labeled bag, and squeeze it onto the biscuit until it cools.
