3. 5. Add the egg juice three times, stirring once each time until the egg juice is completely mixed with the butter (do not add the egg juice once, otherwise it will cause the oil and water to separate) until the stirring is smooth and the egg juice is completely mixed with the butter;
6. A single sieve into a low-fat flour, stirred with a scraper, or grasped by hand and kneaded into a lump;
7. The dough can be rubbed repeatedly on the cardboard for up to 10 seconds, wrapped in a preservative film, refrigerated for at least 1 hour, and I put it directly on the outdoor balcony for 10 minutes.
8. Take out the refrigerated biscuit dough, put it on a sheet of oil paper, put the dough on the oil paper, and cover it with a layer of preservative film;
Steps 9 to 12
