Black and sesame biscuits
There's some leftover food in the house, and by the way, I made a lady's kiss, but it's a black sesame version.
WHAT YOU NEED
Ingredients
50 grams of low-fat flour50 grams of black sesame powder20 grams of sucroseA little bit of salt2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil1/2 tablespoon of water30 grams of chocolate
How TO MADE Black and sesame biscuits
Steps 1 to 4
1. All powdered raw materials, such as sucrose salt, are added to the mixture and mixed evenly.
2. Add the oil and continue stirring evenly.
3. Add water and continue to stir evenly.
4. Just squeeze it with a spoon, put it on the grill, or whatever shape you like.
Steps 5 to 8
5. Put it in a preheated oven, 150°C, for about 20 minutes.
6. When it's ready, start melting the chocolate - add the right amount of sucrose to the dark chocolate, I'll add a little vanilla extract - or don't add it - heat it to melt it completely.
7. Cool the baked biscuits slightly and put the melted chocolate on top.
8. Put the other half of the cookie on top and wait for it to cool. Wait for the chocolate to solidify. Finish.
Steps 9 to 12
9. The kiss of a beautiful, noble woman is done. It's simple.
10. If you don't have black sesame seeds, you can use the same amount of almond seeds, and you can replace some of the oil with butter.
